Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what you may build, generate, deploy, and host using AI App Builder. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed.

1. Prohibited content & activity

You may not use the Service to create, host, deploy, or distribute anything that:

2. Domain names

Because we register custom domains as the legal registrant on your behalf, we screen requested names. We may refuse or revoke any domain that is unlawful, infringes a trademark, is deceptive, or contains profane or abusive terms. Domain availability and registry rules also apply.

3. AI use

Do not use the AI features to generate prohibited content, to attempt to extract other users’ data, or in violation of the underlying model providers’ policies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before deploying it.

4. Reporting abuse & copyright (DMCA)

To report abuse or content hosted through the Service, email [email protected]. For copyright complaints under the DMCA, send a notice to [email protected] including the required information (identification of the work, the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury). We respond to valid notices and may remove content or terminate repeat infringers.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, disable deployments, revoke domains, suspend, or terminate accounts — with or without notice where warranted by legal risk or harm. Serious violations may be reported to law enforcement.
