3. AI processing of your prompts and content
To generate output, we transmit your prompts and relevant project content to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic and OpenAI), acting as our sub-processors. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we rely on these providers’ commitments regarding their handling and retention of submitted data. Do not submit sensitive personal information in prompts unless necessary.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security (including Cloudflare Turnstile), and — subject to your choices where required — analytics and tag-management tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and PostHog) to understand usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we will honor your consent choices for non-essential cookies.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers (“sub-processors”) who process it on our behalf under contract:

- Anthropic, OpenAI — AI generation (receive prompts/content)
- Google — authentication and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager)

- PostHog — product analytics
- Postmark / Resend / Amazon SES — transactional email
- Hetzner — hosting and infrastructure (European Union)
We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. International transfers
We operate internationally and some sub-processors are located in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
7. Retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion as described below.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your privacy rights
United States (including California)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and certain targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email [email protected]; we may verify your request.
EEA & United Kingdom (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases for processing are: performance of our contract with you (providing the Service and processing payments); our legitimate interests (securing and improving the Service, analytics, fraud prevention); your consent (e.g. non-essential cookies and marketing, which you can withdraw); and compliance with legal obligations. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where your deployed apps or prompts contain personal data of your own end users, you are the controller and we act as your processor under our Terms; a Data Processing Addendum is available on request. The data controller is Slashdev LLC; where required, we will designate an EU/UK representative under Article 27 GDPR.
