This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and automatic renewals for paid plans and purchases on AI App Builder. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund of the subscription fee, less any non-refundable third-party costs (see §4). This applies to the first purchase of a plan, not to renewals.
2. After 14 days — pro-rated
After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis for whole unused months remaining in the current term, less non-refundable third-party costs. Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated; cancel to stop the next charge.
3. Automatic renewals & how to cancel
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. For annual plans we send a renewal reminder before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing (which opens your Stripe billing portal). Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid term; you keep access until then. A charge that has already renewed is treated under §1–§2 above based on the date of that charge.
4. Custom domains (non-refundable)
Domain registration fees are non-refundable in all cases, including within the 14-day window, because they are a hard cost paid to a third-party registry and cannot be reversed. If you cancel, your project URL reverts to its onaiappbuilder.com subdomain. You may request transfer of a domain you paid to register to your own registrar account for a flat $100 fee (see the Terms of Service §5).
5. Pro Service ($999)
The Pro Service includes up to 20 hours of human engineering. Refunds are pro-rated for undelivered hours:
- Before any work begins, you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund of the service fee (less any non-refundable domain registration cost).
- Once work has begun, we refund the portion of the fee corresponding to undelivered hours, with delivered hours charged at the effective rate of $50/hour. Hours are non-refundable once delivered.
- The Growth subscription year included with the Pro Service follows the subscription rules in §1–§3.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your account details and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we are happy to help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
8. Consumers outside the United States
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights (for example the EEA or UK), nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law. Where a service (such as domain registration) begins immediately at your request, you may be asked to acknowledge that performance starts right away.
